A marvelous pair of antique Georgian cast bronze sconces, dating from the 1920’s. These double-arm sconces feature an elegant backplate ornamented with volutes and acanthus leaves, crowned with a loop finial and finished at the bottom with a baluster finial. Reeded, S-curved arms extend from either side to support simple bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 12 ¼” tall, 9” wide, and project 5 ½” from the wall.
