We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and we take great care to accurately describe and picture our products.  In the unlikely event, however, that you need to return an item you have purchased, please contact us immediately.  Any return must be made within three days of the item’s delivery.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs both ways, and the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.  Items that have been modified or customized cannot be returned.
