A beautiful antique quarter-sawn oak mantel, dating from the early 1900’s. This fireplace mantel features substantial, rounded legs with an arched opening flanked by carved corbels. The mantel shelf features a rounded front with gorgeous tiger-stripes. This mantel is in good antique condition with a few scrapes and chips as shown. The mantel measures approx. 56-1/4” tall, 58-1/2” wide, and 11” deep; the firebox opening is approx. 41 ½” wide and 47-3/4” tall.
