Description

An incredible antique cast bronze door hardware set with figural detailing, made in Corbin’s “Fanciful Beast” design and dating c. 1890. This lovely hardware set includes two decorative doorknobs with their connecting spindle, a pair of coordinating door plates, and an antique mortise lock (enough hardware for one door). The hardware set is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged patina. Each doorknob measures 2-3/8” diameter by 2-1/4″ projection, and each door plate measures 2-1/2” wide by 7-1/4” tall. The mortise lock face plate measures 7/8” wide by 5-1/2” tall, the lock body is 3” wide by 3-5/8” tall, and the lock has a 2-3/8” back set.
