A beautiful Neoclassical antique silver-plated chandelier, dating from the 1920s, and found in a home in Charlotte, NC. The five-light fixture begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a curving loop finial made up of volutes. Five smooth bands descend below the finial and curl outwards to affix to the ring-style lower body. The underside of the ring is hung with sleek downward-facing bobeches which hold the fixture’s exposed bulbs; teardrop prisms are interspersed between each bobeche. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures approximately 19-1/2″ wide, 18-3/4″ tall, and 34″ long overall (without the bulbs).
