A fabulous complete working thumb-latch set for an exterior door, dating from the 1920’s. This door hardware set consists of a large exterior handle with a thumb latch, an interior knob and rosette, thumb turn, lock cylinder escutcheon and key, mortise lock, and striker; the handle features a wonderful hammered finish. The simplicity of this set lends it to work with a variety of styles; it is in excellent antique condition. The larger handle measures 10-3/4” tall, 2-1/2” wide with a 2-1/8″ projection and the interior knob is 2-1/4″ in diameter with a 2-1/8″ projection (there is a minor dent, as pictured); the mortise faceplate measures 7-1/2″ tall by 1″ wide and the body is 5-1/4″ tall by 3-1/4″ deep with a 2-1/2″ backset.
