Description
Hard to find antique Tudor door hardware sets, dating from the early 1900’s. The doorknobs feature a stylized quatrefoil design and a textured surface; the plates have a complementary hammered texture and a very distinctive shape. Unusually heavy and well-made for their size, this hardware is composed of cast iron. Each set includes a pair of plates and a pair of knobs with their connecting spindle and set screws, and mortise lock (enough hardware for one door). The door knobs measure 2-1/8” in diameter and 2-1/8” deep; the plates are 6-1/2” by 1-7/8”. The face plate of the mortise lock measures 5-1/4″ tall by 7/8″ wide, the body is 3-5/8″ tall by 3″ deep, and the back set is 2-3/8″. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SET.
