An incredible antique cast iron head bolt and catch for a door by Sargent, dating from the late 1800’s. This oversized spring-loaded chain bolt is in excellent antique condition, and functions very nicely. The head bolt measures 11-7/8” long, 3-1/2″ wide, and has a 1-1/2″ projection; the catch measures 2-5/8″ tall, 3-1/2″ wide, and projects 1-1/2″; the chain extends 35″.
