An incredible antique surface mount decorative head bolt & catch for a door by Russell & Erwin, dating from the late 1800’s. This “New Old Stock” spring-loaded cast iron Eastlake chain bolt is in excellent antique condition, and functions very nicely. The head bolt measures 7-1/4” long, 2-3/4″ wide, and has a 7/8″ projection; the catch measures 2-1/4″ tall, 2-3/4″ wide, and projects 7/8″; the chain extends 27-1/2″.
