Stunning antique Art Deco skyscraper pendant light, found in a home in New York City, NY and dating from the 1920’s. The pendant begins with a sleek canopy that comes down in chain to a fitter and large white glass skyscraper shade with an unusual painted motif that repeats on all sides; the painted panels it are ornamented with arched lines, volutes and abstract foliates. The light fixture and the glass are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measures 11″‘ in diameter, 21-1/2 tall, and 40-1/2″ long overall.
