A magnificent antique six-light brass chandelier, dating from the 1910’s and found in a home in St. Louis, MO. The light fixture begins with a brass canopy ornamented with foliate detail, coming down in chain to meet a loop finial surrounded by curling bands and swagged prism strands. Below, the slender and open body frame is hung with swagged prisms surrounding a glass baluster-shaped center rod. Six foliate embellished arms extend from the bottom of the fixture to support glass bobeches hung with complementary and petite icicle. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation.
