A wonderful antique quarter sawn oak figural fireplace mantel, dating from the early 1900’s and salvaged from a home in Louisville, KY. The mantel features an understated design with amazing ionic columns with capitals composed of heraldic dolphins; a nicely aged, beveled mirror sits in its center. It is in very good antique condition, with a few pieces of the trim missing (pictured). The mantel measures 59-3/4” wide, 89” tall, and projects 12-1/2”.
