Description

A fabulous antique five-light chandelier signed Riddle Company, dating from the 1920’s and found in a home in Lexington, KY. This chandelier begins with an elegant canopy ornamented with polychrome leaf patterns and comes down in chain to a leafy loop finial below. The finial rests atop a volute-detailed platform, from which extend five iron bands extend outward to support downward facing bobeches accented with foliate detail. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and retains its original polychrome finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 21-3/4” wide, 15-3/4” tall, and is 30” long overall.
