A fabulous antique five-light iron chandelier with exposed bulbs, salvaged from a home in Chicago, IL and dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a loop finial made of volutes below. Five wrought iron bands form the chandelier body and are interspersed with petite floral embellishments. Five scrolling arms curl outward from the bands to hold leafy downward-facing bobeches. The chandelier finishes in a dangling floral bottom finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20” wide and 16-1/2” tall (without the bulb), and the fixture is 35-1/4” long overall (without the bulb).
