An unusual antique hexagonal five-tiered wedding cake chandelier, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in York, PA. This three-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins with an egg and dart embellished canopy that comes down in chain to a loop finial below. The finial attaches to a hexagonal band that features coordinating egg and dart detailing and six prisms at each point of the perimeter. Suspended below are five tiers of sparkling icicle prisms, finished in a smooth glass ball. This light fixture is in very good condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is 16-1/2″ wide and 25” tall; the fixture is 44-1/4” long overall.
