Description
This arts and crafts chandelier dates to 1910 and is signed by the F. W. Wakefield Brass Co. of Vermilion, Ohio (shown in image). This chandelier displays classic mission style square tubing with canopy to match, and is offset by a unique balustrade-style center body adorned with minimalistic diamond accents. This great, antique ceiling light features the original Hubbell shade-holders as well as the original frosted glass 4” square shades. The shades are in great antique conditions and display no chips, cracks, or breaks. They do have slight “flea bites” about the outer edge of both shades, but this does not detract from the beauty of this piece at all. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and would suit any Arts & Crafts, Craftsman, Bungalow, Prairie-style, or Mission décor. This light fixture has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier is 26 ½” in length, 28” at it’s widest, and features a 4 ½ square canopy.
