An elegant antique Neoclassical flush-mount light fixture with a wheel-cut glass shade, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in Atlanta, GA. The light features a simple brass fitter that supports a round frosted globe; Below, the frosted shade’s underside is ornamented with a radial hand-cut design reminiscent of a starburst. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rim and minor discolored spots (as pictured). The light fixture has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation and measures approx. 7” wide and 9-1/2” tall.
