Description

A beautiful antique three-light inverted dome chandelier with its gorgeous original glass shade. Dating from the 1910’s, the chandelier features a rope bordered canopy with three hooks. A chain descends from each hook to support the bowl-shaped shade below; each chain fastening with an anthemion and volute themed clip. The white shade is ornamented with a fanciful Neoclassical motif of urns and bellflower swags. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a few small chips on the rim which do not detract from its beauty (as pictured). It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade measures 16-1/4” in diameter, 9” tall, and the fixture is approx. 26-1/2” tall overall.
