A delightful pair of antique single-arm sconces with tear drop prisms, dating from the 1920s, and found in a home in Arlington, VA. Each sconce features an unusually shaped and notched back plate, and is crowned with foliate flourishes. A single arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to hold an understated bobeche, from which a single tear drop prism hangs. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 4-1/8″ wide, 9-1/4″ tall, and project 5-1/4” from the wall.
