A lovely antique oak newel post with carved details, dating c. 1910 and salvaged out of a home in Columbus, OH. This box newel features an understated foliate motif with grooved lines, and is crowned by a beautifully turned upper cap. The newel is in excellent condition with its original faux grain finish, and measures 8” wide and 64-1/2” tall.
