Description
Fabulous pair of antique double-arm iron sconces with prisms, dating from the 1920’s and reclaimed from a home in Indianapolis, Indiana. Each sconce retains and features shield-shaped backplate from which two curling arms extend to support fleur de lis embellished bobeches. Below, the arms are supported by a coordinating curling brackets; each sconce arm and bracket is accented with a sparkling teardrop prism and polychrome florette. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with their original polychrome finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 9-1/4″ wide, 12” tall, and project 5” from the wall.
