A charming antique three-light chandelier by Riddle Design Company, dating from the early 1900s and salvaged out of a home in Lexington, KY. This chandelier begins with a decorative canopy and comes down in chain to an oversized finial. The underside of the body below features stylized foliates, volutes, and original polychrome detailing. Three downward-facing bobeches suspend from the perimeter of the body to support the fixture’s exposed bulbs. This chandelier is in very good condition with a nicely aged patina. The fixture has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures 13-1/2″ wide, the body is 13-1/2″ tall (without the bulbs,) and the entire fixture is 29-1/2″ overall.
