This is a fantastic antique verdigris copper sconce with its original lavender glass cylinder, dating from the early 1900’s. This copper wall-mount lantern features a round convex backplate and has splendid verdigris. A round arm extends from the center of the backplate to support a lantern with a dome top. The sconce retains its original glass cylinder, turned a lovely purple color from sun exposure. This wall lamp is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rims; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 5” wide, 12” tall, and has a projection of 9”.
