A beautiful antique five-light chandelier, dating from the 1930’s, with its original sit-in or “pudding-bowl” shades. Salvaged out of a home in Massachusetts, this chandelier begins with a dark understated canopy that comes down in chain to a body composed of whimsical intersecting arches. Five arms extend from the bottom of the body, each ending in a grooved shade holder that supports a delightful “custard” shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the shades are in good antique condition with the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The light fixture measures 19” wide, 14” tall (body only), and 26” long overall.
