Description
This is a fabulous antique American Art Nouveau stained glass window, circa 1900, which features a graceful rose design on a light golden slag glass background. The main stem of the roses rises from the base of the window and curves into three, each meeting a gorgeous deep pink Art Nouveau rose, square with a pinwheel-style design in the center. Each rose is accented by a pair of curving green leaves, and a honey-colored textured glass border surrounds the design. The window is in excellent condition, and the frame is in good condition. It measures 26” wide and 24 7/8” tall, with a frame 1 ¼” thick. The glass measures 21 ¾” wide and 19 ½” tall.
