Description
This is a wonderful antique five-light pentagonal chandelier, circa 1920’s, in its original vibrant polychrome finish. The chandelier begins with a scalloped loop finial, below which is a reeded cylinder adorned with shaped bands accented with a lovely ruby red. The bands extend to the pentagonal chandelier body, which features a cutout design with red and green accents. Each band is supported by a vine-like polychrome bracket. A small arm extends from each corner of the pentagon, supporting a bobeche. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 18 ¼” wide and 14 ½” tall, and the fixture is 32 ¼” long overall.
