This is a delightful antique three-light iron chandelier, c. 1920’s, in its original green polychrome finish with touches of rose and gold. The chandelier begins with a loop finial, coming down into a cutout baluster body adorned with volutes and berries. Three iron bands, fastened to the body with green florets, come down from the finial and flare out at the bottom of the chandelier, forming the arms. Resting atop the end of each arm is a simple green wax pan and a smooth foliate candle cup. The chandelier finishes in a teardrop finial accented with florets. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 15 ¾” wide and 16 ½” tall, and the fixture is 33 ¼” long overall. A pair of very similar chandeliers is also available, listed under item # NC618-RW.
