This is a delightful antique hand-riveted wrought iron chandelier, dating from the late 1800’s, featuring a fabulous opalescent shade with a swirled design. The one-light chandelier begins with a simple loop finial, below which four curled, twisted iron bands come down to form the chandelier body. They join four other twisted bands, which are connected by a flat band that encircles the shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. It measures 10 ¼” wide, 18” tall (body only), and 35” long overall.
