This is a splendid antique American jeweled leaded glass window with a fleur-de-lis design, dating from the late 19th Century. It features a group of four diamond-shaped faceted jewels in the center, surrounded by a ripple glass border that twists on each side to surround two pairs of jewels. A second ripple glass border crosses in the center and extends to either side, finishing at each end in a magnificent fleur-de-lis. The background is formed of ribbed glass with gluechip glass accents near the center, and the entire piece is bordered in granite glass. The piece is completely symmetrical and can be used either horizontally or vertically. The glass and frame are both in excellent condition, and the glass has no cracks or breaks. The window measures 44 7/8” long, 16” tall, and 1” thick. The glass measures 22 ¼” long and 12 ½” tall.
