This glorious, ca. 1920’s, five-arm chandelier retains its original and radiant bronze plating over heavy cast iron. The chandelier is in Tudor style, but it would be suitable for Spanish Revival or Gothic Revival decors. It has a wide disc body with egg-and-dart and fleur-de-lis festooned ring that encircles, superbly cast, foliates, shields and volutes. Five scrolled, twisted and faux banded straps with shield centers sprout up to a loop finial topped cluster; as well as, flare out to be faux strapped to the C-curved chandelier arms. The light fixture is signed by its maker, Globe Co. The chandelier is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired, and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The overall diameter is 20”, the length of the chandelier only is 21”, and the overall length is 40”.
