Description

This is a marvelous pair of antique single-arm sconces with their original crackled amber glass bullet shades, dating from the 1920’s. On each sconce, the arm is fastened with an appliqué to a bold backplate. Each sconce features a cone-shaped top crowned with a trefoil loop finial, with a cutout quatrefoil border below. Each sconce has an amazing crackled glass bullet-shaped shade. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, and the shades are also in excellent condition with just the expected fleabites around the rims; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 14 ½” tall, 7 1/8” wide, and protrude 9 ¼” from the wall. A matching pendant light and flush-mount light fixture are also available, under item # NC702-RW and # NC703-RW.
