Description

This is an unusual pair of antique cast iron 5” hinges from the Aesthetic Movement in the late 19th Century. The hinges feature an intricate design of flowers, leaves, and geometric detail. The back of the hinge is also richly ornamented with a coordinating design. Each hinge features unusual finials. These Eastlake hinges are in excellent condition and measure 5” wide overall, 5” long, and 8 ½” from finial to finial. One hinge has aged differently from the other and is slightly darker in color (pictured).
