This brilliant gilded pewter chandelier was built in the 1920s, and it displays the refined characteristics of classic Georgian styling. This chandelier meets stylized diamond link chain at a large loop finial, which is greeted by turnings at the crest of the chandelier’s body. The body is constructed of a fluted vase met by an also fluted disc. Each of the five U-curved arms convenes with the chandelier body with a curled mount and lead to a ribbed and beaded garden-urn shaped bobeche. This handsome five light chandelier would accent any Colonial Revival or Georgian style décor. This chandelier is in very good antique condition with the exception of a blemish about the disc portion of the body where it was previously notched out for wiring (see last photo). It has been professionally rewired, and it comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The overall diameter is 16”; the length of the chandelier only is 20”; the overall length is 40”.
