This is a wonderful antique Neoclassical three-light inverted dome chandelier with a silver plated canopy and a beautiful opaline shade. Dating from the early 1900’s, the chandelier features a foliate-detailed, silver plated canopy, which comes down to a silver plate cluster with three hooks, ornamented with a leaf pattern. A chain extends from each hook to the opaline shade. Each is fastened to the shade with a charming silver plated floret. The shade is ornamented with urns connected by garlands with roses. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edge. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade is 15 ¾” in diameter and approx. 6 ½” tall, and the fixture is approx. 34 ½” long overall.
