Description

This is a wonderful antique silver plate and brass four-tier “wedding cake” chandelier, dating from the late 1800’s. It has an understated canopy and comes down in a pole, from which four sleek hooks support the unusual octagonal body of the chandelier. The three-light chandelier has a lovely patina, with the brass beginning to show through the silver for a beautifully aged effect. This tiered light fixture is in excellent condition, and has been fitted with replacement glass tubular prisms. It has been professionally rewired, and it comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier measures 17” wide and 34 ½” tall.
