Description
This wonderful antique Colonial Revival four-light all-brass chandelier, circa 1905, features an elegant design and a beautiful patina. It starts in a large, urn-shaped finial, followed by a sleek, elongated body ending in a tapered finial. The four smooth arms curve down out of the body just below the top finial, coming down almost to the bottom of the chandelier before curving back up to receive their understated, grooved shade holders. The holders have been fitted with tulip-shaped, scalloped shades. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the shades are in very good condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around their rims. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19 ½” wide and 18” tall, and the fixture is 36” long overall.
