Description

This is a striking antique cast iron Tudor five-light chandelier, c. 1925, in its original finish. The chandelier begins with a leaf-shaped loop finial, from which five chains come down to the ring-shaped chandelier body. Each chain is accented halfway down with a decorative foliate loop. Five bobeches with faux-hammered finials are fastened to the outside of the chandelier body. An iron finial, hanging from the center of the fixture by a chain, finishes the chandelier. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The width of the chandelier is 18 ½”, the length of the chandelier only is 19 ¾”, and the overall length is 34 ½”.
