Wonderful antique cast pewter single-arm sconce, c. 1920’s, signed “Art Kast, No. 501.” The sconce is crowned with acanthus and scrolls, and features a textured border surrounding a convex, shield-shaped center with rope detail. A substantial sconce arm extends from the center of the backplate, supporting a sleek bobeche. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 11” tall, 4 7/8” wide, and projects 5 ½” from the wall.
