This is a fabulous pair of antique copper lanterns that date from the early 1900’s. Each sconce features an understated round back plate, with an arm extending from the center. The arm ends in a hook, supporting the lantern. Each lantern has a pear-shaped, riveted cage style body protecting the original glass cylinder. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. They would be suitable for either exterior or interior use and measure 15” tall, 6 ½” wide, and project 10” from the wall.
