Description

This is a splendid antique Aesthetic Movement cast bronze door knob set, dating from the 1800’s. Each knob features a gorgeous geometric design similar to a Celtic knot, composed of a square, ornamented with tiny circles, with a smaller square adorning each corner. Four teardrops encircle the corners of the square, with a circle between each teardrop. The back of each knob is ornamented with a scalloped pattern. This Eastlake doorknob set is in excellent condition with a lovely patina, and each knob measures 2 ¼” in diameter and 2” deep.
