This is a beautiful antique brass pendant light fixture, circa 1905, with its original acid-etched shade. It features an understated canopy and fitter with a wonderful patina. The hexagonal, flared shade is etched with an intricate, stylized foliate and floral design on each side. This light fixture is in very good antique condition with a small ding in the canopy (pictured), which is hardly noticeable and does not detract from the beauty of the fixture. The shade is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measures 6” wide, 7” tall (body only), and 22 ½” long overall.
