Description

This is a splendid antique five-light chandelier, circa 1905, bronze with silver plated brass accents. The chandelier begins with a graceful leaf-swathed, silver plate loop finial, coming down into a substantial bronze body encircled with a lovely silver plated band. The silver plated chandelier arms, ornamented with foliate volutes, extend from the silver band to support elegant bobeches with dangling tassel finials. The chandelier finishes underneath in a radial silver appliqué with a dangling tassel. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 21 ¾” wide and approx. 21” tall, and the fixture is approx. 41” long overall.
