This is a fantastic pair of antique Spanish Revival single-arm sconces, dating from the 1920’s, with their amazing original glass snuffer shades. Each sconce features a striking hammered back plate. An iron band runs the length of each back plate, curving into a hook at the top to support its hanging snuffer shade. The lower section of the iron band angles into an L, supporting a hammered iron bobeche with a finial below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, and the glass is in very good antique condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges (pictured). The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. Each sconce measures 12 ¾” tall, 5 ¼” wide, and projects 6” from the wall.
