Description
This is a wonderful pair of antique single-arm sconces, and dating from the early 1900’s. Each sconce features a backplate crowned with a stylized fleur de lis; a stepped border with geometric details encircles the backplate, which also features a hammered and textural background and floral accents. A single arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to support an understated bobeche; the arm is ornamented with a beautifully detailed spike finial. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 4-1/2” wide, 9” tall, and project 4” from the wall.
