Description
These are six exquisite antique Aesthetic Movement cast bronze door knob sets, dating from the late 1800’s. Each knob features an intricate design, beginning in the center with a circle surrounded by scallops. A double square, accented with a fan shape on each corner, encloses the center circle. A stylized floret, followed by an arch, ornaments each side of the square. A beaded border finishes the front design of the knob. The back of each knob is also intricately detailed with a bead and fan pattern. These Eastlake doorknobs are in very good antique condition with a lovely patina and verdigris. They do have a few minor scuffs and scratches (see photos). Each doorknob measures 2 ¼” in diameter and 2” deep. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SET OF KNOBS; THERE IS NOW ONLY ONE SET AVAILABLE. Each set includes two knobs, the connecting rod, and a pair of set screws. Please note that one set has a slight variation in the stem (pictured). Matching rosettes and keyhole covers are also available – please contact us if interested.
