Description

This is an extraordinary dore bronze French chandelier. The arms, springing from a bowl-shaped center, are crafted as lily stems with leaves and buds. The detail of the center is repeated, on a smaller scale, on the bottom finial. Each arm curves up to a lovely lily blossom, which holds the candle. The lilies are superbly cast and astonishingly realistic, even including the pistils and stamens. This gilded light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The overall diameter is 17”, the length of the chandelier body only is 14”, and the overall length is 25”.
