Description

This is a marvelous antique five-light iron chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. Crowning the chandelier body is a volute finial, surrounded by a cluster of stylized leaves. Five iron bands, fastened just below the cluster with florets, angle downward to a circular iron band and flare out to form the chandelier arms. A two-layer foliate bobeche tops each arm. A twisting iron pole extends down the center of the chandelier, ending in a foliate cluster. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20” wide and 16” tall, and the fixture is 33 ¼” long overall.
