This is a marvelous pair of antique cast bronze single-arm Neoclassical sconces, dating from the 1920’s. Each sconce features an elongated cast bronze backplate ornamented with a sunburst and beautifully cast gadrooned detail. The sconce arm is accented with a smaller sunburst and features an intricate bronze finial with volute and foliate detail. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces are 11 ½” tall, 4 ½” wide, and project 6 ¾” from the wall.
