Description
These are a lovely pair of cast iron sconces, which were made by Lincoln Co. in the 1920’s. These sconces display a distinctively shaped back plate, which exhibits a stylized hammered effect throughout, showcasing a blossom and beading ornamentation. Button to the back plate by adorable four-petal flowers, two curled and bowed bands support beautiful petal-cup bobeches. These double arm sconces would be perfect for Spanish Revival décor, but have potential to offset any style of home. The wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctional antique turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we would gladly replace them with new ones if so desired They are 10 ¾” long, 7 ¾” wide and protrude 4” from the wall.
