This is a striking pair of antique double-arm Art Deco sconces, in their original bronze plate over iron. The sconces are signed by their maker, the C.L.S. Co. Dating from the 1930’s, the sconces are crowned with a bold ziggurat and feature a wonderfully shaped Art Deco backplate ornamented with fantastic abstract designs. The arms hold foliate bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces are 12” tall, 8 3/8” wide, and project 2 ½” from the wall.
